Important: This is an operational prelaunch draft and must receive jurisdiction-specific legal review before public enrollment, clinical integrations or production health-data processing begin.

1. What this site collects

If you join early access, we collect your email address, optional country or region, selected area of interest, consent record, source and submission time. We do not ask for medical information in the waitlist form. When production accounts are enabled, signup may also collect an individual profile, taste and cuisine preferences, goals, household and schedule preferences, ability information, user-selected health considerations, reminder choices and consent records in order to build the requested personal path.

2. Interactive demo

The demo stores temporary interaction state in your browser. In personalized demo mode, only a limited derived path—such as preferred name, pace, taste label and suggested meal—is stored locally; the email, password and raw health answers are not stored or transmitted. Food photos and medical files selected in the current prototype are processed locally for a simulated preview and are not intentionally uploaded to a VitalYou production health account. Do not use real confidential medical files in the public demo.

3. How information is used

Waitlist information is used to send requested product updates, invite eligible people to research or pilots, understand broad launch interest and respond to inquiries. Account personalization information is used to rank food, set plan structure, apply safety boundaries, tailor movement and reminders, and explain which inputs changed the path. VitalYou does not sell health information.

4. Storage and service providers

Prelaunch website infrastructure may be provided by Vercel, Supabase and approved email or monitoring vendors. Access is limited to people and systems that need it. Health-document storage, when launched, will be private and separated from advertising and general analytics.

5. AI, photos and medical documents

Production camera and document features will explain whether information is handled on-device or by a cloud service and will ask for the required permission. Medical documents will not be used for advertising or model training without separate, explicit and legally valid authorization.

6. Your choices

You may unsubscribe from email updates at any time. You may also request access, correction or deletion of your waitlist information by contacting privacy@vitalyou.app. Applicable local law may provide additional rights.

7. Children

The public waitlist is intended for adults. Future child profiles will be parent- or guardian-managed and will require separate age assurance, parental consent, pediatric safety review and regional compliance before release.

8. Security and retention

VitalYou uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No online system is risk-free. Waitlist records should be retained only while needed for the stated purpose or legal obligations, then securely deleted.
