These prelaunch terms govern the informational website, waitlist and interactive concept demo.
Important: This draft needs legal review before commercial launch. The public prototype is not a medical device, diagnosis service, prescribing service or emergency service.
1. Prelaunch service
Features, pricing, availability, markets and launch dates shown here are illustrative and may change. Joining the early-access list or building a local personalized demo path does not create a production health account or guarantee admission to a pilot.
2. Wellness and medical boundaries
Website and demo content is for general information and product evaluation. It does not replace advice, diagnosis or treatment from a qualified professional. Do not delay care because of information shown here. For an emergency, contact local emergency services.
3. Medication information
Medication support is designed to record user- or prescriber-provided information, reminders, adherence and symptoms. VitalYou does not recommend drugs or sellers, change a dose or schedule, or instruct a person to start or stop treatment.
4. Camera and AI estimates
Food recognition, portions, calories, recipes and extracted medical-result fields are estimates that require user verification. A phone camera cannot physically weigh food. AI output can be incomplete or wrong.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, violate another person's privacy or use the demo for clinical decisions. Do not enter another person's real health information without lawful authority.
6. Intellectual property
The VitalYou name, branding, designs, copy and prototype are owned by their respective rights holders and may not be commercially reused without permission.
7. Third-party content
Future restaurant, exercise, wearable, coupon and health integrations may rely on third parties with separate terms. A link or integration does not guarantee accuracy, suitability or endorsement.
8. Disclaimers and limitation
The prelaunch site and demo are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. VitalYou does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the accuracy of simulated results. Any limitation of liability will be interpreted only to the extent allowed by applicable law.
