1. Service availability

Features, pricing, availability, and supported markets may change. Preview data is fictional and may be reset, limited, or removed. We may change or discontinue features, but these terms do not reduce rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

2. Wellness and medical boundaries

Website and demo content is for general information and product evaluation. It does not replace advice, diagnosis or treatment from a qualified professional. Do not delay care because of information shown here. For an emergency, contact local emergency services.

3. Medication information

Medication support is designed to record user- or prescriber-provided information, reminders, adherence and symptoms. VitalYou does not recommend drugs or sellers, change a dose or schedule, or instruct a person to start or stop treatment.

4. Camera and AI estimates

Food recognition, portions, calories, and recipes are estimates that require user verification. A phone camera cannot physically weigh food. AI output can be incomplete or wrong.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, violate another person's privacy or use the demo for clinical decisions. Do not enter another person's real health information without lawful authority.

6. Intellectual property

The VitalYou name, branding, designs, copy and prototype are owned by their respective rights holders and may not be commercially reused without permission.

7. Third-party services

AI, health-platform, restaurant, exercise, wearable, coupon, and other integrations may rely on third parties with separate terms and privacy practices. A link or integration does not guarantee accuracy, suitability, availability, or endorsement.

8. Disclaimers and limitation

The service and preview are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. VitalYou does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the accuracy of estimates, AI output, or third-party information. Any limitation of liability will be interpreted only to the extent allowed by applicable law.

9. Adult release

The website waitlist and current mobile application are intended for adults. Child and teen health profiles are not available in this release.
